Passed Away.
Lee Notestine, son of Mr. and Mrs. Notestine, formerly of Burdett vicinity died at the hospital at Parsons, Kansas, Jan. 31. Services were held at Burdett, conducted by Rev. Ruff and the remains were interred in Browns Grove Cemetery.
Kee was born April 21, 1892, the eldest of four children. Early in life his father, who was a sone of Mr. and Mrs. Notestine, died and Lee an invalid made his home with his grandmother, Mrs. Dixon who resides in the eastern part of Hodgeman County. He continued to grow worse and about eight years ago was sent to the hospital. He was a fine looking young man, and it was a sorrowing company that followed him to his resting place. He leaves to mourn his loss two brothers and mother who reside in Gray County.
The sympathy of the community is extended to those who mourn.
