Homer T. Harp, 88, of Modesto died Saturday at his home.
Mr. Harp was a native of Checotah, Okla. He was a 28-year employee of Pacific Bell; he worked in service maintenance. He belonged to Telephone Pioneers.
He is survived by his son, Danny Harp of Modesto; brother, Asker "Goob" Harp of Texas; sisters, Essie Kizzia of Nevada, and Nola Thacker and Betty Rogers, both of Texas; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson. No visitation. Lakewood Funeral Home, Hughson, in charge of arrangements.
