CARSON - Mrs. Nettie Babbitt, 87 formerly of Macedonia and Council Bluffs, died Monday at Sunnydale, Calif., after a long illness.
Mrs. Babbitt lived many years in the Henderson-Macedonia community and then moved to Council Bluffs and to California 10 years ago.
Survivors include six sons, Paul of Mesa, Arizona Darwin and Gerald of Sunnyvale, Lawrence of Red Oak, Ward of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Noel of Lakewood, California, two daughters, Mrs. Elaine Clausen of Council Bluffs, Route 4 and Mrs. Dorothy Barrows of Anaheim, California. 16 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Macedonia Methodist Church with the
