Mary was the widow of Lloyd, She lived in Waverly, Nebraska. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law; Jerry and Shari of Kearney, Larry and Loretta of Hickman; 5 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Mary A. Hartman, 79, of Waverly died Monday, Sept. 12, 2005, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln. Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home in Lincoln with Nathan Kroll officiating.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral home.

She was born June 7, 1926, in Gillespie, Ill., to John and Mary (Dyer) Hopper.

On June 14, 1947, she married Lloyd Hartman. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Jerry of Kearney and Larry of Hickman; sister, Myrtle Arhling of Litchfield, Ill.; and special friend, Albert Kirchhoff of Lincoln.

Additional survivors include her daughters-in-law, Shari of Kearney and Loretta of Hickman; grandchildren and spouses, Becky and husband Aaron Axtell, Allison and husband Patrick Quiroz, Jeff and wife Renee Hartman and David and wife Katie Hartman; and great-grandchildren, Ashleigh, Austin, Mitchell and Matthew Axtell, Kassie Hartman and Chelsie, Lauren and Brianna Hartman.
