MRS. J. A. BURGHAM DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Mrs. J. A. Burcham, for many years a resident of Paris, during a large part of which time she had been an invalid and a patient sufferer, died at 8:15 o’clock yesterday morning the family residence on East Sherman street in the seventy-second year of her age.
She was a devoted member of the Methodist church and bore her long affliction with Christian fortitude. She is survived by her husband, a well known contractor, and by one non, J R. Burcham, and two daughters, Mrs. Yes Pickens and Miss Pryor Burcham, all of Paris. On account of waiting for tie arrival of relatives from a distance the exact hour of the funeral has not yet been decided, but it will be held some time tomorrow and will be conducted by Rev. W. T. Whiteside.
