Norman W. Benage, 84, of Iberia died Friday, March 23, 1990 at his home. He was born Feb. 12, 1996 in Iberia to Ernest and Cora Mace Benage. On Jan 30, 1942 he was married in St. Louis to Mary Jane Mahoney, who survives at the home.
Mr. Benage was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Congregational Church in Iberia.
Other Survivors include a son, Andy Benage of Sullivan; a sister, Barbara Cothran of Iberia; and three grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home in Iberia with the Rev. Ellis Livingston officiating. Burial was in the Iberia Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
