Frank was a World War II Marine veteran, serving with the Fourth Marine Division stationed in Hawaii.
He owned and operated his tile business, Fabian Tile, for 25 years and later he and his wife, Maude, opened and operated Fabians Restaurant for 15 years. Both businesses were located on Main Street, Plymouth.
Frank was an elder and a member of the board of trustees of Plymouth Christian Church.
He was a member and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Plymouth and had recently been awarded the Distinguished Kiwanian Award for 25 years of service. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed many years of bowling with the former Plymouth Inter-Church League. He was also a member of the American Legion, Plymouth Post 463, and Plymouth Alive.
