Edna P. O'Brien, 87, a longtime resident of Central, died Saturday evening February 17, 1990 in the Fort Bayard Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 6, 1903, in San Antonio, Texas, and had resided in the area the last 20 years. She was a member of the Protestant Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Valentine F. O'Brien of Central; two sisters, Josephine Parson of Lordsburg and Madeline Hicks of Globe, Arizona; and four grandchildren, Lavena Rager of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Ray Lee Dees of Woodbridge, Virginia, Ronna Burch of Portland, Oregon, and Jerry Dees serving with the United States Navy.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Ray Dees and Maburn Dees.
