Clark died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Highberger, 18 East Lee street, Monday evening at 6 o'clock, of paralysis, aged 80 years, 6 months and 4 days. He had been sick for about two years. He was a member of the Lutheran church, Funkstown.
He is survived by the following children: Sarah E. Highbarger, Miss Minnie, Washington; Mrs. Beifeldt, Hamburg, Germany; Mrs. Lermond, Thomastown, Mass.; William Clark, Michigan; Norman, Dayton, O.; Elmer, Clarence, Harry, Chicago; and Ernest, New York.
Funeral with private services at the house Wednesday afternoon by Rev. Remsburg, Funkstown. Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery."
