CHARLES "CHARLIE" COLLIER was the son of Isaac Newton and Vilaria Ramey Collier of Carter County, Kentucky.
Charlie was united in marriage with Lucinda "Cinda" Osborn on February 3, 1909.
On June 5, 1917 at age 29 in New Boston, Scioto County, Ohio, Charlie registered for the WWI Draft-
World War I Draft Registration Lists- Tall, Medium Build, Brown Eyes, Dark Hair, Wife and 4 Children, Steelmaker at the Whitaker Glessner Company, New Boston, Ohio, No Disabilities Listed.
Also around 1917 Charlie & his wife Lucinda "Cinda" Osborn moved from Carter County and bought a farm on McDowell Creek in Lewis County from Josiah & Mary E. Counts, they raised their family and lived on the McDowell Creek Farm until their deaths. (Source: Garrison History, Past & Present)

Charlie died at Garrison in Lewis County at age 63 of "pneumonia and lung cancer." He was buried at the Waring Cemetery, Garrison, Lewis County, Kentucky.
