33rd President of Venezuela. He studied at the Guanare school, primary and high school, graduating from Bachelor in philosophical Sciences in 1861. John Chrysostom Falcón was Edecán and then Secretary of President (1866), also served under the command of general Manuel Ezekiel Bruzual during the Blue Revolution of 1868. He studied law at the Central University of Venezuela, career to perform time later as a lawyer before the Supreme Court of the Federal District. Between 1873 and 1876 was Deputy Aragua State. Congress (1876) President and Foreign Minister during the reign of Linares Alcantara (March 1877) farewell to La Guaira, Antonio Guzmán white discourse pronounced 18 may 1877. In addition to the extensive political career, Andrade was mason degree 33 and Chancellor in the Supreme Council Confederate of masonry (1885-1888).
