Mrs. Dorothy Imwald Passes After Long Illness
Mrs. Dorothy Imwald, who with her small daughter had made her home at Paradise Park for the past few years, passed away at the Calistoga Hospital Wednesday of last week after a long illness due to a chronic heart and kidney ailment.
When her husband, who was in the Navy, went to the Pacific theatre, Mrs. Imwald and her little daughter came to Paradise Park and after her husband was lost in action, they continued to make their home there. The little girl has been attending the Calisfoga school. Mrs. Imwald made quite a few acquaintances in St. Helena when she and her little girl attended the Presbyterian Sunday school and church.
Besides her daughter, deceased is survived by a sister-in-law and other relatives, most of whom reside in Baltimore.
A navy burial was planned.
