Candace was a lifetime resident of Graham, Texas. She was a loan processer at Graham Savings and a member of the Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Lee White in 2006.
Survivors at time of death included her children, Alex Jay Strawbridge and Haylee Bree Balvantin, both of Graham; her mother, Gwendolyn White of Graham; two sisters, Rachel Rogers of Wichita Falls and Stephanie White of Graham and her grandparents, Sam and Ellen Jones of Graham.
