Billy Wayne Bilbrey, 74, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Stewart Funeral Chapel in Hollis, Okla., with Jimmy Dale Penington officiating. Burial will be in Dryden Cemetery in Harmon County, Okla.
Mr. Bilbrey was born June 3, 1935, to Grover and Maggie Crump Bilbrey in Harmon County. He married Gayle Penington on Oct. 10, 1954, in the Metcalf community near Hollis.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years; a daughter, Phyllis Jobe of Amarillo; two sons, Kirk Bilbrey of Taylorsville, Ky., and Kris Bilbrey of Sydney, Australia; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79105.
