ROUNDHEAD - Services for Spec. 4 Jerry Dean Spradlin, 20, will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Hanson Funeral Home, Alger, Rev. Ronald Briggs officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery with military graveside rites.
He was killed in action Feb. 23, in South Vietnam.
Born Oct. 3, 1948, in Allen County, he was the son of Darrell (Jim) and Wanda Gunn Spradlin, and they survive. On Aug. 24, 1968, he married Joan Moore and she survives.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Clarence (Sharon) Lowery of Kenton and Debra, at home; a brother, Dennis, at home; and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gunn of Ada.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.
