Maude was the daughter of Clyde Herbert Darrow and Cora Belle (Way) Darrow. In 1904 in San Bernardino County, California, she married Frank Edward Page, son of Edward Eugene Page and Betsy Anna (Bennett) Page. Frank Page had introduced her to The Salvation Army, and her parents also became members. Both Frank and Maude spent some time as Salvation Army officers (ordained ministers).

Frank and Maude Page had six children, Clara Vivian Page, Carl Victor Page, Cora Violet Page, Clyde Vernon Page (buried next to his mother), Clarence Darrow Page, and Francis Abigail Page.

Her daughter and son-in-law, George and Abigail (Page) Lloyd, are also buried in Inglewood Cemetery.
