The children of Clement3 Skolfield and Anna Skolfield, born in Brunswick, Maine, were:
i. Sally4 Skolfield was born 1819; married John Robbins 14 August 1850 in Boston, Massachusetts. Sally was listed in the census of 1820 as a female under 10 and in
household of her father Clement; in 1830 as female between 10-16 and in the household of her widowed mother; in 1850 as under 30 years and "married within the year," and in
the household of her widowed mother.
ii. Hiram Skolfield was born 1822. He was a member of Company B Infantry in the 2nd Regiment, 1 st Brigade, 4th Division on the first Tuesday in May 1840, on 3 August 1840
and first Tuesday of May 1843, under Lt. George Pennell. In the 1850 census of Brunswick, Maine, he was listed as a shoemaker. He died in 1851 and was buried in the
family cemetery on the farm of his grandfather Stephen Skolfield.
