Lynda Fay Howell Allen, 64, died Dec. 9, 2009, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born April 24, 1945, in New Madrid to Virginia Jones Howell of New Madrid, she was a retired nurse and had worked at the Golden Living Center in New Madrid.

On March 28, 1994, in Piggott, ARK, she married Terry Allen who survives of the home.

In addition to her husband and mother, other survivors include; two sons, Donald James (Melissa) Dolan of Baltimore and Francis Bryant (Denise) Dolan of Charleston, S.C.; two sisters, Sandra McKinney of New Madrid and Tammy Powell of Sikeston; one brother, Richard Howell of New Madrid; six grandchildren and 12 step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, William Keith Dolan; two sisters, Doris Ann Kelley, and Phyllis Jean Howell.

Visitation is scheduled from 5-8:00 p.m. today at the Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid.

Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the First Pentecostal Church in New Madrid with Rev. Orville McKinney officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.
