Funeral services for Mrs. Ada C. Sherrill, 56, who died Sunday night after a two weeeks illness of pneumonia at her home, Decatur Route 1, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Joe Burns, on Joe Wheeler highway.
Following rites, the funeral procession will leave for Elliott cemetery in Lawrence County where burial will take place with Brown, of Decatur, in charge.
Mrs. Sherrill is survived by her husband, J.H. Sherrill; two daughters, Mrs. Clyde Terry and Mrs. Fred Terry; two sons, Earl and Bill Sherrill; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Burns and Mrs. John Ellison and a brother, Arthur Sockwell.
