Jane Elizabeth HALTERMAN, 92, of 315 Pontiac St., died at 5:45 a.m. Sunday at Woodlawn Hospital following a nine-month illness. Mrs. Halterman was born Oct. 31, 1888 in Richland Township to John and Anna GLAZE BECK. She had lived her entire life in Fulton County. She was married Sept. 31, 1905 in Fulton County to Leroy HALTERMAN, who died Jan. 16, 1956. She was a member of the former Sandhill Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star, Rebekah Lodge, White Shrine, Spanish American Auxiliary and the Patriotic Club. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Evadean DEARDORFF, Mrs. Reardon (Margaret) NEWMAN, both of Rochester, Mrs. Arnie (Maryetta) FRY, Monticello; and Mrs. Lewis (Gladys Josephine) MASON, Indianapolis; three sons, Chris [HALTERMAN], South Bend; Otis and Harrison [HALTERMAN], both of Rochester; thirteen grandchildren; forty-three great-grandchildren; a brother, Thomas W. BECK, Rt. 5, Rochester. A daughter, two sons, four sisters and two brothers preceded. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Foster & Good Funeral Home with the Rev. C. J. MOWRER officiating. Burial will be in the Richland Center I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call 2-9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.
