Following his retirement from the service, he went to work at Fort Ritchie with the US. Army 1108th Signal Brigade as a security; specialist. J
He and his wife, Deborah (Turbeville) Finley, were married in 1985 and moved to the Waynesboro area in 1986. They moved to their present residence in January.
Mr. Finley was a member of the Waynesboro Bible Church and the Adult Sunday School Class of the church. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter Kara N. Finley, at home; and one sister, Patricia Homan of California He was preceded in death by one sister. * Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Waynesboro Bible Church, 8216 Stottlemyer Road, with the Rev. Robert Fitz officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery. \ The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.. Sunday in the Grove Funeral Home. ! There will be no public viewing at the church.
