Donald Marvin (Dickie) Ard, 68, West Chester, Ohio, formerly of Pulaski County passed away Monday November 11, 2002 at Communicare of Clifton, Inc.

He was born January 23, 1934 in Naomi, KY. a son of the late Wirth Ard and Elizabeth (Buchanon) Ard. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War, a Machinist for XTEK in Sharonville, OH and a member of First Church of Christ in Mason, OH.

He is survived by his wife, Gladys (Jasper) Ard; one son, Larry O'Neal (and Shannon) Ard, Vevay, IN.; one daughter, Carolyn Sue (and Richard) Burns, Monroe, OH.; two brothers, Wilmer (and Jean) Ard, Science Hill, KY. and Roy W. (and Mildred) Ard, Monroe, OH.; six grandchildren, Tricia &Tara Ard, Hamilton, OH., Rachel Sara &Tyler Ard, Vevay, IN. and Jacob Burns, Monroe, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Lucille Ard.

Funeral services will be 1:30 P. M. Friday November 15, 2002 at the Chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral Home with Pastor Kenny Brewer officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00 P. M. Thursday November 14, 2002 at the Chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral Home.
