Richard Leak, 65, a well-known and highly respected citizen of the Raywick section of the count, died at his home four miles from that place Friday night, after a three months illness of stomach trouble.
The funeral services were held at St. Xavier's church at Raywick, Sunday morning at 9 o'clock, conducted by Rev. A. M. Zoeller, and the burial followed in the church cemetery. Mr. Leak was a farmer by occupation.
He is survived by his wife and one daughter Miss Polly Leak, and four sons, Floyd, James, Bernard, and William Leak, all of whom live in this county. He has also survived by one sister, Miss Martha Leak, of this county, and two brothers William Leak of this count and James Leak who resides in Arkansas.
