Mrs. Mary Spaulding Lee, West Washington street, wife of George E. Lee, secretary-treasurer of the Jageman-Bode company, died at St. John's hospital last night after an illness of ten days.
Mrs. Lee's father and mother are Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Spaulding of North Sixth street, Mr. Willis Spaulding, city commissioner, is a brother. She leaves four sisters, Miss Clara L. Spaulding and Mrs. Joseph Hubbell of Springfield, Mrs. Frank H. Bode and Ruth Spaulding of Pasadena, California, and three brothers, Willis J. and L. D. Spaulding of Springfield and Charles H. Spaulding of Lincoln, Nebraska.
Mrs. Lee succumbed after an operation for relief from ulcerated stomach.
