Maxine Bryant, 85, Columbia, Kentucky, passed away Sunday January 17, 2010 at 8:55 pm CT at Golden Ages Retirement Home, Columbia, Kentucky. The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 1 pm, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home Clergy, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, Kentucky, with Hack Williamson officiating. Interment in Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:30 pm, Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at the funeral home.

She was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Ella Bryant Collins. She was born Monday, March 4, 1924 and died Sunday, January 17, 2010, at the age of 85 years, 10 months, and 15 days.
She was the widow of Ruff Bryant, who preceded her in death on April 3, 1968
She is survived by the following:
· One sister: Letha Sullivan of Indiana
· Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church and had worked at Summit Manor Nursing Home.
