Jon D. Eubanks 48, of Indianapolis, IN, died February 7, 2010. He was a Maintenance Technician for Excel since 1996.
He is survived by his wife, Melanie A. (Hodges) Eubanks; son, Jake Eubanks; father, Jimmie Eubanks; sister, Vickie Lawson; brothers, Jim, Jeff, Jerry, and Jay Eubanks. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Eubanks.
Services will be held on Friday February 12, 2010 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Decatur Township, with visitation there from 11 a.m. until the service time. Burial will be at West Newton Cemetery.
