Frances W. Johnson Kincaid, 90, of
Page, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 08, 2010, at
Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.

Born October 27, 1919, at Narrows, VA,
she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and
Virginia Mae Gilliam Johnson.

Frances was a life-long member of the Kincaid United Methodist Church.
She was also a dedicated member of the Oak Hill Chapter No. 107 O.E.S having served in several
leadership positions including Past Worthy Matron and, after much hard work, completed all the Chairs

Her main passions were cooking for her family and spending time with her children and
grandchildren.

Mrs. Kincaid was retired from the United States Postal Service serving as Postmistress at Page.

Her beloved husband, James Allen Kincaid,
Sr., whom she lovingly called "Jamie," preceded her in death. They were
married for 65 years before he went to his heavenly home in 2004.

She is survived by one son James Allen "Jay"
Kincaid, Jr. and wife, Mary Jane, of Page; three daughters, Valeda O'Dell
and husband, John, of Princeton, Beverly LeNoir and husband, Steve of Sumpter,
SC, and Kathy Selbe and husband, Ben, of Ripley; eight grandchildren; 11
great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Services will be on February 10, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Tyree Funeral Home, in Oak Hill with the Rev. Arolette Stover officiating. Burial will be at Kincaid Cemetery at Kincaid WV


Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be
made to the Kincaid United Methodist Church, Kincaid, WV.The family wishes to
thank the Summit and Hidden Valley Nursing Home in Oak Hill and the angels
at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley for their care and compassion.
