Mrs. Eva Elliott, Of Rural Ripon, Fatally Stricken
Rosendale-Mrs. Eva Elliott, 67, of Rt. 1 Ripon, died suddenly Sunday evening following a heart attack in Oshkosh.
Mrs. Elliott, with her son, Ray, also of Rt.1 Ripon had left in his car after visiting a daughter, Mabel Fude, 1302 Cedar St., Oshkosh.

They were in the 1200 block of Cedar Street when she told her son to stop the car because she was ill and could not get her breath.

Elliott stopped the car and went around to assist her, but before he reached her, she fell to the pavement. Elliott ran to his sister's home and called an ambulance. Mrs. Elliott was rushed in the Art Miller ambulance to Mercy Medical Hospital but was dead on arrival there.

She was born at Rosendale in 1892 and had lived in the area her entire lifetime. She was married in 1912 to Charles Elliott.

Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Fude; two sons, Raymond and Bernard, both of the Town of Rosendale; a brother, A. P. Hyde, Ripon, and two sisters, Mrs. Elda Witt, Waupun, and Mrs. Amy Gregg, Pipestone, Minn.

Her parents, husband, two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.

The remains are at Butzin Funeral Home, Ripon, but funeral arrangements have not been completed.
