Antoinette "Toni" (LaPorte) Wallace of Westfield, NY, was a daughter of the late Charles "Pasquale" and Mary (Pastoria) LaPorte. Toni attended Westfield Academy. She worked for many years at Loblaws in Westfield. She tied and picked grapes locally and is remembered by many for working at Shelly Greene's "Green House" on Grove Street. Toni was a member of St. James Major Roman Catholic Church of Westfield. She served as a Gray Lady at Westfield Memorial Hospital. She greatly enjoyed gardening and especially loved flowers. Playing cards was one of her favorite past times. She spent many summers camping at Blue Water Campgrounds with her good friend Theron Reed. She greatly enjoyed time spent with family and friends as well as her cherished cat "Baby". Toni is survived by her devoted daughter, Diane Leone and her husband Russell, a granddaughter, Tara Leone, Toni's dear friend, Bob Pettit, her sister Margaret Buceni, a brother George LaPorte, her special nephew Jerry LaPorte, as well as several other nieces and nephews.
Toni was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Wallace, who died in 1959 and her brothers, Anthony (infant), Joseph, and James LaPorte as well as her sister Phyllis Trippi. Interment in Westfield Cemetery.
