Mrs. Lester Luther, 67, wife of a former U.S. District attorney, died in a hospital Tuesday of a heart ailment. Luther was assistant district attorney and later district attorney of Kansas from 1937 until 1953. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Cornelius Episcopal church in Dodge City. Surviving in addition to Luther are two daughters, Mrs. Camilla Cave, Dodge City, and Mrs. Maxine Miller, San Antonio, Tex., and a son, Douglas Luther, of Dodge City.
