Brandon Christopher Skaggs, 19; of Jeffersonville

Funeral services Brandon Christopher Skaggs, 19, of Jeffersonville, will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 7, at Scott Funeral Home's North Chapel, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. He died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, at the University of Louisville Hospital.

He was born in New Albany, attended Jeffersonville High School and Trinity High School. He enjoyed football, music, hunting, fishing and he had a personality that everyone loved.

He is survived by his mother, Beth Skaggs, Jeffersonville; father, Jim Skaggs and his wife Tracey, Jeffersonville; two half sisters, Natasha Skaggs, Jeffersonville and Amber Durham, New Albany; grandparents, Charlie and Judy White and J.D. and Jimmie Bye of Jeffersonville; aunts and uncles, Ronnie Mills and his wife, Sheila, Indianapolis, Scott Mills his girlfriend Abbey, Indianapolis, Rebecca Mills, Jeffersonville, Kenny Perra and his wife, Chrissy, Jeffersonville and Ed White and his wife, Shaunna, Jeffersonville; cousins, Monica, Derek, Dustin, Brittany, Brian, Amber, Anthony, Josh, Ashley and Joni; special friends, Richard and Lindsey; and a host of many extended aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Aug. 5 and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
