Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with the Rev. C. Don Ferrill officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Maroa Cemetery.
Janice was born Dec. 8, 1935, in Maroa, the daughter of Harold and Mabel Austin McKinney.
She obtained her RN at Brokaw Hospital in Bloomington and a bachelor of nursing degree from Illinois Wesleyan in 1956. She worked at Methodist Hospital, Peoria; Muhlenberg County Hospital; and Murry Calloway Hospital in Kentucky. She retired from Dr. John Warner Hospital in Clinton after 27 years of service.
Surviving are her daughter, Kim (Curt) Young of Maroa; grandson, Chad Young and fiancee Lauren Colee of Decatur; brother, Gary (Marilyn) McKinney of Forsyth; brother-in-law, Wayne Dobbs of Maroa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Joan Dobbs; and one nephew, Kevin McKinney.
