Our kind and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Dorotha Cleo Cook Gohn, 69, died May 4, 1990 at the home of a daughter in West Valley City after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born June 12, 1920 in Raines, Utah, daughter of David Clarence and Anna Katherine Miller Cook.

Married Thomas Lloyd Baker; divorced. Married George Ross Fotheringham; divorced. Married Everett Ditlevsen; divorced. Married Carl Valentine Gohn on August 22, 1971 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She and Carl lived in Arizona, Salt Lake City, five years in Richfield, and the last six years in Joseph. Member LDS Church. She loved to crochet and fish. She was a waitress at the Tampico Restaurant in Salt Lake City for many years.

Survived by husband, Joseph; children, George Pat and Sandra Fotheringham; John and Winnie Fotheringham; Patsy and Jack Cameron; Kathy and Frank Senteno, all Salt Lake City; Dorotha and Harvey Shepherd, Provo; Thomas Baker; Johnny and Joyce Baker, all Mesa, Arizona; Carol Nelson, Tacoma, Washington; Beverly and Marvin Schubert; Mervin and Lori Gohn, all Las Vegas, Nevada; Sherry and John Brown, Middleton, Iowa; Ruth and Wendall Wallingford, Salem, Iowa; Sandra Warth, Wayland, Iowa; Jim and Nancy Gohn, New London, Iowa; forty-nine grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; sister, Delila Bosch, Salt Lake City.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. in the Joseph Ward Chapel in Elsinore. Friends may call for a viewing on Tuesday form 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, and Wednesday at the Church in Elsinore from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Burial: Joseph Cemetery.
