Joseph Donald Lillie returned to his Heavenly Father's loving arms unexpectedly on June 12, 2004.
Joe was born on May 30, 1936 in Glenwood, Michigan USA to Warren and Katherine Lillie. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Joe lived in Salt Lake City, Utah for the past 20 years.
He is survived by his wife Heather Dawn 'Morgan' Lillie, and their son, Reece Joseph, and his children; David and Cheryl from his first marriage to Judith Ann Shumaker and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Judith and three of their children, Joseph, Lisa, and Tamara.
Joe was a wonderful husband and a great and loving father. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park at 17111 South Camp Williams Road in Bluffdale on Thursday June 17, 2004. Friends may pay their respects to the family at the Broomhead Mortuary, 12600 South 2200 West Riverton, Utah from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service
