Dalton was a homemaker and farmer. She was a member of the Grassy Creek Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Ray Dalton in 1962.
She is survived by daughters, Theresa Sorrell of Falmouth, Peggy Thornberry of Demossville and Vanessa Dalton of Cheviot, Ohio; sons, Paul Dalton of Erlanger, Michael Dalton of Covington, Randall, Philip, and Ricky Dalton of Crittenden; sisters, Wanda Carr of Covington, Garnett Hall of Proctorville, Ohio and Jane Collins of Cincinnati; brothers, John Fortner of Ohio and George Fortner of Southern Pines, N.C.; 23 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Dec. 22 at Eckler-McDaniel Funeral Home in Dry Ridge.
Burial was in the Hill Crest Cemetery.
