Iva Anyce Barker, 93, passed away February 5, 2010 at Angel Avenue Assisted Living Residence, Hurricane, WV.
She was the last surviving child of the late Oscar Coon and Mattie Coon Webb. She was also predeceased by her husband, Earl "Buck"; daughter, Helen; son, Paul; brothers, Odel, Artist, Harley, Archie; and sisters, Retta, Gladys, and Eunice.
She is survived by daughter, Cindy (Keith) Fleming of Winfield; daughter-in-law, Sandra Barker of Mt. Airy, NC; grandchildren, Steven (Kathy) Moorefield of Ash Grove, MO, Jeff (Sue) Moorefield of Brookline, MO, Lisa (Keith) Easter and Paul Barker, Jr. all of Mt. Airy, NC, Nicholas and Joshua (Paula) Fleming all of Winfield; great-grandchildren, Jesse Moorefield, Doug Williams, Mason and Rylee Moorefield, Katie (Shawn) LeVan, Kody Easter, Wyatt and Garrett Barker and Reagan Fleming.
She was a Christian and faithful member of Gordon Missionary Baptist Church. She was a cashier at the Danville Super Valu, Danville, WV.
Iva was the spark in our family, always setting the example of independence, hard work, and strength in times of trial while sharing her spunky spirit and humor along the way. Although she will be sadly missed, her testimony of God's grace remains with us always.

A private service will be held for her family and church family with the Rev. Joe Ballard officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens, Madison, WV.
