LEOTA WESTFIELD
Mrs. Leota L. Westfield, aged 38 years, wife of Frederick Westfield died at 5 o'clock this morning in the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Perry Calkins at 722 Hock Avenue after a long illness. Mrs. Westfield was born June 11, 1893, in Stoney Ridge, Ohio. In 1909 she was married to Pearl Shaw of Fairfield. Her second marriage took place in 1925 when she was married to Frederick Westfield of Adrian. She is survived by her husband, Frederick Westfield, two daughters Mrs. Nina Marr of Jackson, Ila May Westfield at home, one son, Perry Shaw of Pittsford, two grandsons, Clifford and Glen Marr in Jackson, her parents, two sisters Miss Alic Calkins of Adrian and Mrs. Ambrose Johnson in Ypsilanti and onebrother Allen Calkins of Adrian. The funeral is to be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with prayer services in the home and at 2 o'clock in the Evangelical Mission with the Rev. Vance Miller officiating. The burial is to be in Oakwood cemetery.
