Sylvia Wanda Bounds, 85, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, in Arlington, Texas. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Waco Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Nacona, Texas, to the late Everett and Mattie (Hewitt) Alexander. She married Olen Thomas Bounds.
She was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters; and a brother.
She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Bigler, of Grand Prairie; sons, Roland Bounds, of Dallas and Jerry Bounds, of Garland; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Jacky Alexander and Kenneth "Cotton" Alexander; and many other family members and friends.
