Mrs. Lily Jobson

Warren, PA. - Funeral services were held Thursday from Peterson - Block Funeral Home for Mrs. Lily Nettie Jobson, 17 Hemlock St., who died Tuesday at Rouse Home in Youngsville, where she had been a guest for the past four years. She was 103. Burial followed in Oakland Cemetery.

Some of Mrs. Jobson's grandchildren are residents of DuBois.

Mrs. Jobson was born in New London, Wisc. Oct. 8, 1867. She had resided in Warren for 30 years; was a member of Wesleyan Baptist Church, DuBois; and of the Home League of the Warren Salvation Army Citadel.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Ethel Lindahl and Mrs. Dorothy McCumber, both of Warren; Mrs. Cassie Nelson, Erie; and a step-daughter, Mrs. Romaine Babcock of Winter Haven, Fla. Thirteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Burritt in 1922; her second husband, Harry Jobson in 1942; a daughter Mrs. Eva Brownell and a brother, Purley Morgan.
