Alyce M. (Gray) Deppen, 90, formerly of Balcony Towers, Kittanning, died Thursday, July 2, 1992 at Armstrong County Health Center. She was born April 14, 1902, in Tidal to Meade W. Gray and Gertie (Helm) Gray. A Kittanning area resident since 1968, Mrs. Deppen had previously lived in Harrisburg for 25 years. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church and was a former member of the Royal Neighbors of America and American Legion Auxiliary, both of Kittanning. Survivors include two sons, Marshal M and Richard R. Miller, both of Templeton; 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and a great great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Deppen, on Nov. 29, 1989, whom she married Oct. 26, 1946, and a son, David D. Miller on Oct. 5, 1989. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 5, 1992 at Bauer Funeral Home, Kittanning at 1 p.m. with the Rev. L. Eugene Long, pastor of Faith Presbyterian Church officiating.
