James Howard Jenkins, 83, of Doraville died May 2, 2009. Mr. Jenkins was an Army Veteran of the Korean War serving 2 years and also served in the Merchant Marines for 5 years and retired after 33 years of service with Eastman Kodak in Chamblee.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Jenkins, daughters, Annette Jenkins of Doraville and Melinda Cordero of Lilburn, grandson, Nathanael Cordero of Lilburn, brothers, Ray Jenkins of Doraville, Hollis Jenkins of Royston, sister, Inez Warren of Norcross, several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 5th at 10 o'clock at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 at H.M. Patterson & Son, Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30319.
