Mrs. Viola Mae Metcalf, 86, of Olney rt. 4, was found dead Wednesday at her home.
Services will be Friday in the Chapel of the Zirkle Funeral Home with Bro. Lowell McDowell officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at Parkersburg.
She was born Sept. 30, 1888 in Madison township, the daughter of Douglas & Laura Scammerhorn Jenner.
She was united in marriage with Everett Metcalf 6 Jan 1912 Olney, Richland Co., Illinois. He preceded her in death in 1938.
Surviving are a step-daughter, Mrs. Audrey White of Charleston; two brothers, W. M. Jenner of Buda & Edgar Jenner of Olney; four sisters, Mrs. Leona Sullivan of Eldon, MO, Mrs. Marley (Elsie) Wingert of Ladogo, Mrs. Violet Deboulle of Indianapolis, IN & Mrs. Burllen (Fern) Wayatt, of Parkersburg; two step-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles & Orville Jenner & two sisters, Mrs. Emma Reaugh & Mrs. Bertha Scott.
