EUNICE H. TOBIE

Eunice H. Tobie of 117 Helman St., died yesterday at the age of 80 at the local hospital.

She was born June 2, 1891, in Jefferson, Ore., and lived here nine months after coming from Portland. She was married to Harvey E. Tobie Aug. 27, 1916, in Salem, Ore.. Mrs. Tobie was a member of the Ashland Methodist Church, Willamette University Alumni, and the National Retired Teachers Association.

Mrs. Tobie was preceed in death by her husband in 1967, and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Naomi Ridley, Ashland, and Mrs. Clarice Smith of Portland; one son Frank Tobie of Spokane; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, at the Sellwood United Methodist Church in Portland. Interment will be in River View Cemetery in Portland. Litwiller Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
