George Casteline, 76, passed away at his home two miles north of Middlebourne Sunday at 3:30 p.m. following a stroke of paralysis which he suffered three hours previously. Surviving are his widow, and the following children: Charles, Winterset R.D; Mrs. Lizzie Carter, Freeport R.D. 5; Mrs. Ida Andrum, Cambridge,; Mahlon of Middlebourne; Melvin of Salesville; Mrs. Flora Enos, Lore City R.d., Mrs Violet Hawkins, Canton, Mrs. Margaret English, Freeport, R.D.; Ava and Ada Casterline of the home, 17 grandchildren, one brother, Thomas Casterline, Middlebourne, one half-brother, Frank Casterline, Bedford, and two half-sisters, Mrs. Rachel Toland, Smyrna and Mrs. Sarah Thatcher, Middlebourne.
Short funeral services will be held at the home Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and additional services will be held at the Clearfork Baptist church at 3o'clock in charge of Rev. Ta.A. Wollams. Interment will be made in Clearfork cemetery.
