Tom was the son of Abram Randolph Taylor and Prudence Ann Shaw. He was a Methodist Minister. He was married to Margaret "Maggie" Cordelia Francis. Their children were Harriet, Owen Albert, Anna Lucinda, Charles Abram, Mary Pearl, Harold Francis, Don Clifford and William Clark Taylor.∼Tom was a ME minister in the WV Conference after being called by the Lord to the ministry. Prior to that, he worked as a teamster in Upshur, Lewis, Webster and adjoining counties in WV.
