R.L. Blair, 76, service manager for Oil Transport Co., died Monday, Aug. 25, 1997, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. L.D. Green officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Abilene, and was a resident of Odessa.
He was a member of University Park Baptist Church.
Survivors: Wife, of Odessa; son, of Visalia, Calif.; brother, of Odessa; sister, of Colorado City; and two grandchildren.
