Funeral services were Thursday, Oct. 17, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, St. Anna, for Agnes Hennek, 90, formerly of St. Anna, who died Monday, Oct. 14, at Country Manor Retirement and Health Care Center, Sartell.
The Rev. Gerald Mischke officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Arrangements were made by Brenny Funeral Home, Holdingford.
Agnes Hennek was born July 9, 1906, in Bowlus to Nick and Ann (Krych) Bieniek. She married August Hennek on Oct. 15, 1929, in Bowlus. She worked in the kitchen at St. John's University, Collegeville, for 20 years before retiring. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholi Church, St. Anna, and Christian Mothers and Rosary Society.
Survivors include daughters, Rose Mary Sobania, St. Cloud; Jenny Posch, St. Paul; brother, Alois, St. Paul; sister, Techkla Hennek and Sister Annella, OSF, Little Falls; Helen Susan, Puyallup, Wash., Eva Sweitzer, Anabel, Mo., nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, July 29, 1979; and brothers, Isidore and Brother Gabriel
