Lucille was the daughter of William Ovid Nippert and Loy Irene Brown. Siblings were Alice (Sharp), William Clyde, Francis Elizabeth (Johnson) and Robert Ovid Nippert.
Lucille married L. Vernie Royall in 1938 and their daughter was Vernie Lu Royall King.

Services for Sarah Lucille Royall, 91, were held Monday in Johnson Funeral Home chapel with the Rev Tommy Sims officiating.
She died Friday in flower Mound. burial was in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home.
Born July 28, 1907 in Kirkland, the former Sarah Lucille Nippert and L. V. Royall were married Mar 20, 1938. He died Nov 3, 1984.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Childress, and the Kirkland and Childress Home Demonstration clubs. She was a lifetime Childress area resident.
Survivors include one daughter and her husband, Lu and A. V. King Jr, Lewisville; a sister, Alice Sharp of Wichita Falls; two grandsons, Clay Ross King of Kailua, Hawaii and Kelvin Wade King of Flower Mound; three great granddaughters, Audra King, Taylor King and Tristan King; three great grandsons, Dallas King, Trae King and Zachary King.
