Bonnie Jewel Atkin Shiner, 81, passed away January 23, 2010 in Richfield.

She was born June 7, 1928 in Salina, Utah to Ralph Sharon and Trilba Allen Atkin. She married Dee Shiner, they later divorced.

She attended schools in North Sevier and graduated from Stevens-Henager Business College. She worked as a bookkeeper for many years at Granite Furniture, later specializing in the custom drapery department. She enjoyed consulting and traveling to her customer's homes. She enjoyed Fish Lake, family, the outdoors, picnicking and a good laugh.

She is survived by: granddaughters, Laurie (Warren "Buddy")Wynn, South Jordan; Michelle (Matt) Graves, Matthews, N C; 3 great-grandchildren:
Emma and Ellie Wynn, Zach Graves; sister: Mignon Payne, West Valley;
sister-in-law: Martha Atkin, Torrance, CA; many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her sons, Dan Shiner and Kay Shiner; parents;
siblings: Millie, Garth "Buddy", Mirth, Junior, Warren, Roland and Darrel.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.
in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, 50 South 100 West, Richfield. Friends may call Saturday after 12:00 Noon at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti
