Albert Buck, 36, of Nemacolin, died Friday morning, Nov. 14, 1947, of pneumonia after an illness of one month. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alberta Buck. Born Jan. 23, 1911, at Adelaide, Pa., the deceased is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Buck, Sr. He spent most of his life in Nemacolin and followed the trade of mine mechanic. He was a member of the United Mine Workers. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by one brother, John Buck, Jr., of Nemacolin, and one sister, Mrs. Ethel Banes, of New York City. Friends are being received in the home, House No. 23, in Nemacolin.
